MIGHTY FALCON MARCHING BAND

Director's Notes:
Saturday's trip to Buckhannon-Upsher High School
for Section VIII Championships was great. We hit some
snags along the way with traffic but still made it in
plenty of time and the band had a great performance.
The Color Guard won High Auxiliary for Group IV, a
great achievement for the band. Way to go girls!
Overall, the band scored very well with a mark of over
81 points. This is a great accomplishment and one that
we can carry into Atlantic Coast Championships in
Allentown on Saturday November 15th.
I hope that many of you are planning to travel to
Allentown to cheer on our band during the competition.
If you have never been to a competition, then you're in
for a real treat. Seeing all the high school bands
performing on such a high level is truly amazing to see.
