MIGHTY FALCON MARCHING BAND

Director's Notes:
Due to the overwhelming response from participating
marching bands, the Tournament of Bands Chapter VIII
Chapter Championships was an awesome day of music
and a high school marching band experience not to be
missed. I want to thank all the participating schools
who came out and took part in the competition, the
band directors and especially the students truly made
the day memorable. The rain kept threatening
throughout the day, but we stayed dry and had an
awesome day.
I would like to thank our Superintendent of Schools
Mr. David Goodin for coming out to experience the
tournament, and for assisting in the presentation of
awards. Also, a thank you to a very special friend of the
marching band, JB Shavel Photography. Over the
years, JB Shavel Photography has worked closely with
the band in capturing all the band's special moments.
To Mr. and Mrs. Shavel and your staff my sincerest
thanks.
To everyone who played a role in the Chapter
Championships regardless of how small or how large, it
was a team effort to host this event and a great way to
cap-off our season.
